SALT LICK, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police say an Owingsville man was stabbed to death Friday night in Salt Lick.
Authorities say they were called out about 6:45 p.m. to a complaint about a possible shooting.
However, when they arrived at the scene they found 43-year-old Gavin Troy Flener of Owingsville dead outside a residence of an apparent stab wound.
Police say investigators determined the death resulted during a fight between Flener and 41-year-old Tony Lewis of Sandy Hook.
KSP says no charges have been filed as they continue to investigate the case.
