LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person was arrested after two people were injured in a Crash early Sunday morning on Lexington’s north side.
Authorities say the crash happened about 3 a.m. at the intersection of North Broadway and Third Street.
Police said a vehicle was traveling southbound on North Broadway when it ran a red light and hit the vehicle on Third Street.
The driver of the vehicle that ran the red light was arrested, according to police.
Two people in the other vehicle were taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The roadway was shut down for about 20 minutes.
