LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A driver was taken to the hospital after his vehicle flipped on its top at a Lexington intersection.It happened just after 1 a.m. Tuesday morning at the intersection of Tates Creek Road and McDowell Road.Police say the man was the only person in the vehicle at the time.He was responsive when officials arrived, and taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
