Tonight and for the next several weeks it’s easy to spot big and bright red Mars. Tonight it’s just to the left of the Moon. This is the best look at Mars since 2003 as it’s making its closest approach since then. It’s still well over 30 million miles away though . Jupiter is also visible to the right of the Moon. It’s always great to look up!
