LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man who stopped a woman who allegedly robbed a Family Dollar store says she bit him as she tried to get away.It happened Wednesday at the New Circle Road location near Russell Cave Road.Police say 30-year-old Jessica English entered the store, grabbed cash, then tried to run. But she was stopped by a man at the store. The man told police English bit him on the leg as he held her until police arrived.When officers arrived, they recovered $320 from English. She’s facing robbery charges and is expected to be in court Thursday.
