LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Lexington Police say that a man wanted for robbing a gas station and a bank has been arrested.
Investigators with the Lexington Police Department located 28-year-old Jonathan L. Slone on Friday, charging him with robbery 1st, robbery 2nd, theft of identity, giving a false name, and felon in possession of a firearm
Slone is accused of robbing a Marathon gas station on July 17 and the Republic Bank on Euclid Avenue on July 18. Police released surveillance video from both cases, which aided in identifying Slone as the suspect.
He was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
