CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A serious wreck Saturday night shut down two lanes of Interstate Highway 64 in Clark County.
Reportedly one maroon truck heading eastbound about a half a mile from exit 96 crashed around 9:30 p.m.
Fire officials tell LEX 18 they aren’t sure how it happened, but it appears the truck flipped over a guardrail.
Officials say one person was taken to Clark Regional Hospital and one was flown to UK Medical Center.
There is no update on their conditions at this time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
