LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE3) — Thirteen people had to be rescued Saturday night when a water ride became stuck at Kentucky Kingdom.
WAVE3 reports here that passengers got stuck about 8 p.m. on Mile High Falls.
All 13 were evacuated from the ride in 10 minutes, according to park officials.
Two were taken to a local hospital while two others were treated for minor injuries, five went to the park’s health center for evaluation and one declined treatment.
The incident remains under investigation.
