LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Multiple collisions are blocking traffic on the outer loop of New Circle Road.
The crashes occurred near the Alumni Drive exit. The city says traffic is back up all the way to Tates Creek and the on ramp onto the outer loop from Tates Creek is closed.
Avoid the area.
