CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A house was destroyed after an early morning fire on N Hwy 421 in Clay County.
Burning Springs Fire Captain Hubbard tells LEX 18 that the structure was fully engulfed when they arrived on scene. Units managed to get the fire out of control.
The homeowner was at a neighbor’s house at the time. No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
