ELLIOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Kentucky State Police troopers are investigating a motorcycle crash that sent one woman to the hospital.
Reportedly KSP Post 8 in Morehead was called about the accident on Brown Ridge Road just before 4:30p.m. on Saturday.
KSP troopers determined Stephenia Hensley, 48, of Stanton was driving a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound when she lost control. Reportedly the bike overturned on its side.
Troopers say Henlsey was wearing a helmet and was airlifted to University of Kentucky Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
