ESTILL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The Estill County Animal is seeking the public’s help.
They have almost 40 cats and kittens and 14 dogs in the shelter and have nowhere to put them.
They’ve set a date to euthanize the remaining animals, which is this Thursday.
