LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)- Lexington Fire responded to the call of a person trapped under a mower at a business on Blue Sky Parkway.
The accident happened at UPS Freight. Firefighters transported one person to UK Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He had been transported to the front of the facility in a pickup truck.
The Lexington Fire Department says the victim’s coworkers were able to remove the mower before the first responders got there.
This is the same business that had an explosion in their facility last month. Two individuals were injured in the blast, which was later determined to be accidental.
