LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– People fond of Rupp Arena and the Lexington Center can get their hands on a piece of the building before it undergoes a major facelift.
You’ll be able to buy the remaining pieces of the original Rupp Arena court, concourse signs, lights, desks, display cases, concession equipment and much more, including a 20 foot Christmas tree!
They’ll all be going up for auction in the back of Rupp, beneath the Jefferson Street bridge on Aug. 17 at 10 a.m.
