RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) A man booked in the Russell County Detention Center is accused of soliciting someone to murder another person for $18,000.
An arrest warrant states that on August 8, 2018, Donnie Elmore met with Barry Appleby and solicited him to murder Richard Wooldridge for $18,000.
Elmore told Appleby that he had the $18,000 in the bank, according to the arrest warrant.
He is charged with Solicitation of Murder.
