OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Oldham County Police Department is conducting a death investigation after a toddler was found unresponsive in a vehicle.
According to a press release from the police department, officers and other first responders were called to the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir temple on Hwy. 1793 at about 4:30p.m. on Sunday.
Reportedly a 3-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a vehicle, and he was pronounced dead at Norton Children’s Hospital.
The Kentucky Medical Examiner has not yet released the cause of death.
A death investigation is underway.
