PADUCAH, Ky. (LEX 18)– Officials are looking for an inmate who escaped from Keeton Correctional Facility.
Kentucky State Police say staff at the jail noticed 28-year-old Charles A. Richards was missing around 8:30 p.m. Sunday after a head count search.
Richards is described as a white male, 5’09”, blonde hair, and blue eyes. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his escape.
He was serving time for Manufacturing Methamphetamine.
