PERRY COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) A man has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Terry Stidham, in Perry County.
On August 8, 2018, Stidham, 38, was found shot to death inside a truck on the shoulder of the road. He was found on Elm Shoal Branch in the Combs community of Perry County.
KSP said that no other individuals were located at the scene.
Through evidence and interviews, KSP executed an arrest warrant on Monday for 37-year-old Harold Hayes, of Busy. Hayes was charged with one count of murder and was lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
