LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A driver was taken to the hospital after crashing their car into a pole in Lexington.
It happened just after 11 p.m. on Malabu Drive.
Police say the driver lost control and hit a light pole, causing the car to roll on its side.
First responders pulled the driver out of the car.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses later told police the driver was speeding. He was cited for DUI.
