PIKEVILLE, Ky. (EKB) – Police in Pikeville arrested a man after receiving a complaint about an intoxicated man wandering the streets.
According to EKB News, Charles R. Blankenship was stopped by police on Scott Avenue. Upon arrival, police say Scott appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine.
When asked why he was walking the streets of Pikeville, Blankenship allegedly told police that "he was looking for his light saber he had dropped the night before."
Blankenship, 22, of Pikeville, was arrested and lodged in the Pike County Detention Center. He was charged with public intoxication.
