MASON, Ohio (WLWT) — Antique cars are making a comeback at Kings Island, park officials announced Thursday.

The original attraction was open at the park from 1972 to 2004. Today, the park announced that the cars will be returning in the spring of 2019.

WLWT reports that the new exhibit will be called the Kings Mills Antique Autos. Guests will board replica classic touring cars and take a leisurely drive around a scenic track.

The track is equipped with a small rail to keep the car on the path.

The new ride will be located in Coney Mall, across from the Juke Box Café and alongside The Racer roller coaster. The track will be a quarter mile in length and last approximately three minutes.
