BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A boil water advisory has been issued for the following area: Ben Ali Drive from the Ben Ali Connector to Bluegrass Pike, 150 to 1120 Bluegrass Pike, Valiant Fox, Cavalcade, Proud Clarion, East Count Fleet, and West Count fleet.
The advisory was issued after a contractor broke a 6” water main serving the area. City utility crews repaired the damaged water line. The system has been flushed and water samples taken to laboratory for water quality testing. Results will be made known as soon as possible.
