BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE 3)– A woman charged in connection to the disappearance of her granddaughter, has been charged again.

2-year-old Charlee Campbell went missing back in June.

She was found more than 30 hours later, severely dehydrated and covered in ticks.

Beth Campbell, the girl’s grandmother, was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, after admitting to using meth while watching her.

That charge was later dropped because of a mistake in how it was filed.

WAVE 3 News is reporting that Campbell was charged again last week.

Campbell was served a criminal summons Aug. 6, charging her with endangering the welfare of a minor.

It reiterates Campbell’s admission of using meth the night before Charlee wandering out of her home.

It also states a witness told police it wasn’t the first time Charlee walked out of the home while in Campbell’s care.

She’s due back in court Aug. 27.
