LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A crash on I-64 has sent one person to the hospital.
It happened near mile marker 84 in the eastbound lanes.
Police say the driver of a box truck carrying milk came upon another vehicle that was driving slowly.
The driver of the truck tried to swerve to avoid hitting the other vehicle, but ended up going off the road and overturning, landing in a ditch,
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No one else was hurt.
Crews spent about an hour working to clean up the spilled cargo.
