JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) KSP is investigating a fatal collision in Johnson County.
It happened on Puncheon Creek in the Sitka community just after 2 p.m Tuesday.
KSP said 69-year-old Toby Hall Conley was driving on Puncheon Creek when she veered off the road and went over an embankment and struck a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
