MEMPHIS, Tenn (WBIR) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has cancelled an AMBER alert issued earlier in the day for a 3-week-old baby from Memphis.
According to WBIR, baby Steven Smith was taken by his non-custodial father, Stevie Boyd.
Officials said the baby was found safe, and that Boyd was taken into custody.
