MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A massive search is underway for a missing toddler in Madison County.

Reportedly 3-year-old Eden Hines walked away from her home in Berea in the area of Mallory Spring and Red Lick Road around 1:25p.m. on Sunday.

Hines was last seen wearing a blue sweater with stars, jeans and rain boots.

The little girl has light brown hair.

A neighbor told LEX 18 that Eden’s Dad knocked on her door in a panic asking if they’d seen the little girl.

“They couldn’t find her, she’d just wondered off. They had got her ready they were going up to the theater and they got the kids ready and they were getting ready and they said they had come back and she was gone,” said Shirley Turner.

KSP, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and search and rescue teams are actively searching for the 3-year-old.
