LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Lexington firefighters were called to Raven Run Nature Sanctuary late Sunday afternoon when a hiker saw a man struggling to get back on his boat after falling off into the Kentucky River.
It happened around 4:30.
The hiker told LEX 18 he stayed in view of the man as long as possible — and told him help was on the way.
Just before 6:00p.m. the man was spotted back on his boat,but authorities worried he could have hypothermia.
