LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is warning drivers about lane closures scheduled for New Circle Road this week.
Construction will take place on both the inner and outer loops of New Circle at Newtown Pike/KY 922.
Reportedly alternating lane closures will be in effect for both the inner and outer loops from 7:00p.m. to 6:00a.m. on Monday through Friday this week.
The closures are necessary for construction to begin on the remainder of the bridge at Newtown Pike.
Drivers should be prepared to take it slow in those areas.
