DANVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) – Police say a Danville man is behind two burglaries at a pizza establishment.
The department has been investigating two burglaries that occurred at Bluegrass Pizza & Pub located in downtown Danville.
Both burglaries occurred in the early morning hours with the first being Aug. 21 and the second occurring Oct. 22.
A search warrant was executed at a residence in Perryville and Daniel Martin, 20, was arrested.
Martin is currently lodged in the Boyle County Detention Center on the following charges; Burglary 3rd Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree (2 counts), and Theft by Unlawful taken over $500 but under $10,000.
