WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Woodford County Judge Executive and former Sheriff John Coyle has passed away.
The Woodford County Sheriff’s Office posted on their Facebook page that the department is saddened by his sudden passing.
Coyle served as a judge executive in the county since 2007. Before that, he worked in law enforcement for many years.
A number of people are already posting on social media about his death, calling Coyle a great person and a dedicated servant who will be missed.
