(LEX 18) – Ohio State University students may not be able to bring home the bacon during finals week…but they can at least bring it to their dorm rooms.
The Ohio Pork Council, a trade group for Ohio pork producers, installed a vending machine at the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences that dispenses cooked, ready-to-eat Smithfield, Hormel and Sugardale bacon.
The machine is located in the school’s Animal Science building.
