Tracking A Dreary Start To The New Year

Posted
and last updated

Lexington was swamped with another 1.36″ of rain the last day of 2018. That puts our total precipitation for the year at 71.98″… our wettest ever & then some. The LEX 18 severe threat index is parked at zero for the first day of ’19. It’s going to be a dreary but uneventful Tuesday with low clouds, patchy drizzle & sprinkles and much cooler highs in the 40s. Expect more of the same midweek.

Enjoy the brief break- yet another round of rain is tracking our way Thursday night through Friday night.
