4 Women Face Prostitution Charges After Multiple Cincinnati-Area Massage Parlors Raided

CINCINNATI (WLWT) – Multiple women are facing prostitution charges after investigators raided three massage parlors across the Tri-State on Friday.

Two of the parlors are in Cincinnati, just miles apart, and the other is in Boone County.

Investigators executed a search warrant at 10:15 a.m. Friday for the Zen Asian Spa at 5843 Harrison Ave. in Green Township. At the same time, investigators executed another search warrant at Assol Foot Spa Foot and Body Massage, just 2.5 miles up the road at 6813 Harrison Ave.

As a result of the investigation, Lu Luo, 32, and Liangzhen Zhang, 51, both of Green Township, were arrested on charges of prostitution and solicitation.

They were arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department said LuLu Massage, located at 2606 Burlington was investigated after they received an anonymous complaint.

Zhiming Bowser, 54, and Maohua Li, 60, were arrested and charged with promoting prostitution.

Both investigations are on-going.
