Watch for lingering flurries, isolated snow showers and slick spot on the roads Monday morning. Beyond that, we’re wicked cold for the next 48 hours! Monday/Tuesday highs will struggle to reach the mid/upper 20s as much colder Arctic air overwhelms the Commonwealth. Tuesday morning lows will bottom out in the teens with a single digit, sub-zero wind chill possible.
Lexington picked up 1.5″ of snow Sunday- we recorded a trace for the entire month of February. Our total since November 1st is now up to 8″. We will end up milder and messier with a chance for rain and snow firing back up later this week.
