JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Fire officials say a father and son have been rescued from the Kentucky River in Jessamine County.
The pair got stuck in the water near the High Bridge Boat Ramp.

We’re told both Lexington and Jessamine County Fire Departments worked for nearly 2 hours to get the father and son out safely.
Fire officials say the pair stayed inside their boat and they appeared to be unharmed.
