LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– LifeWay Christian Resources, the largest Christian retail chain in the US, is closing all 170 stores this year.
The CEO says the decision was difficult to make, but says they will plan to focus on digital retail.
The chain’s closure comes just two years after its competitor, Family Christian Resources shut down all 240 locations, including eight across Kentucky.
LifeWay has two locations in Kentucky, one in Lexington and one in Richmond.
