SEABROOK, N.H. (AP and WMUR-TV) — Three teens have been charged with beating and burning the hair of another teen who is autistic.

Seacoastonline.com reports the 18-year-old told police in Seabrook the three restrained him last fall, punched him and spat at him. He also said they flicked cigarette ash in his hair.

All three were indicted. Two are 18 and one is 19. One faces criminal mischief, criminal restraint, and witness tampering charges. The others face one charge each of criminal restraint.

WMUR-TV reported that the victim told police one of the teens “hit me in the face three times, twice on each side and once on the chin. After that I was completely humiliated. Most of the people at the house were spitting on me, physically abusing me, flicking ash in my hair, kicking me and making me admit crimes I did not commit.”

According to a victim statement, he said his iPhone was taken and, “I was told that at if at any point I left, I would be put in the hospital and then a body bag,” according to court documents.

Police said the teen who made the accusations has low-level autism disorder.
