BEREA, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Berea charged a Richmond man with rape and other charges related to the abuse of a child younger than 14 years old.
Authorities said 55-year-old Samuel Ratliff was arrested March 26 following an investigation.
Ratliff was charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, distribution of obscene matter to minors and first-degree sexual abuse.
Ratliff was being held in the Madison County Detention Center.
