ORLANDO, Fla. (WESH) – A Florida woman is accused of pulling a gun on a person who asked her to stop feeding neighborhood cats in Orlando.
According to WESH, Lisa Saunders was on her porch around 5:30 a.m. when a woman pulled up in a car. The victim told authorities she asked Saunders to stop putting cat food out on the sidewalk because it was attracting sick cats.
The victim says Saunders whipped out a handgun and yelled obscenities at the woman. Police said the victim told them Saunders had been feeding the cats for the past few months and she was worried children in the neighborhood would get scabies from the sick animals.
Saunders was taken into custody and faces aggravated assault charges.
