FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police arrested a Floyd County man who they say uploaded images of child pornography to the internet.
KSP’s Electronic Crimes Branch began investigating 25-year-old Kyle McKay McFaddin of Wayland after learning he allegedly had uploaded the images.
Troopers on Thursday executed a search warrant at McFaddin’s home.
McFaddin was charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography.
Each charge is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
