Increased Police Presence At Harrison County High School On Monday After Threat

HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – School officials say that they have identified the individual behind a threat at Harrison County High School.

According to the Harrison County Schools Facebook page, a threat was discovered written on a bathroom wall Friday afternoon. School officials notified the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office and Cynthiana Police Department.

The school was still open on Monday and extra security personnel is on site.

The individual behind the threat was identified and appropriate action has been taken, say officials. They did not elaborate further.
