GLASGOW, Ky. (WNKY) – The Barren River Animal Welfare Association is asking for help funding a medical procedure for a puppy discovered in a ditch.
According to WNKY, the dog suffered a leg injury either from being hit by a car or being tossed.
The staff is now calling the dog “Sebastian.” The puppy recently underwent surgery in Louisville to repair a fractured femur and tibia. The surgery cost $4,000.
