Golden Alert Issued In Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Jackson County emergency officials are looking for a missing elderly man.

The sheriff’s and emergency management said in a release that 92-year-old Carl Spurlock was last seen on Friday between 7:00 and 8:00p.m. in the Tyner area.

He was reportedly on 421 heading north in a maroon GMC Canyon with the license plate #2126 F/K.

Spurlock is described as 5’8″ tall, around 140 pounds, bald, with a mustache and beard.

Emergency officials say he is believed to have Alzheimers/Dementia.
