(LEX 18) — Three activists who were arrested last week for allegedly disrupting Kentucky Farm Bureau's Annual State Fair Ham Breakfast are due in court on Tuesday.
The three members of the Louisville Fairness Campaign, including Director Chris Hartman, were arrested Thursday morning while protesting what they called Farm Bureau's policies against unions and the LGBTQ community.
All three have been charged with disorderly conduct and menacing.
Hartman has also been charged with resisting arrest.
Hartman claimed he was merely trying to enter the event, when he was stopped and then pushed by a state trooper.
