DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Three students have been faced with charges in western Kentucky after an alleged vaping overdose at a high school.
A student at Daviess County High School is recovering after being rushed to the hospital following the incident.
According to the Sheriff's Office, a school resource officer was contacted just after noon on Thursday to investigate.
Deputies said three students have been charged and at least three more could face charges.
The student was treated and released from the hospital.
What the student was vaping will be sent to the Kentucky State Police Lab for analysis.
