LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — Louisville Mayor, Greg Fischer, and his administration are officially under investigation.

The government oversight and audit committee voted in favor of an order which will look into how the Fischer administration handled the Breonna Taylor case and David McAtee's death, as well as recent protests surrounding racial injustice.

The committee decided not to subpoena anyone else and plan to invite the Louisville interim Police Chief to speak with them, possibly under oath during their next meeting.
