FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police have arrested a second person in the shooting death of a man and his dog in a downtown parking garage earlier this month.
Nena Washington, 39, was arrested on Friday night on a charge of complicity to murder.
Washington is being held on a $100,000 full cash bond.
Anotnio Bolling, 40, had been previously arrested and charged with murder and cruelty to animals for allegedly shooting and killing Coty Brumback and his dog.
