CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Clark County Animal Shelter is searching for a person who allegedly dumped a cat at their shelter while it was closed, according to their Facebook page.
The animal shelter reports that they retrieved the cat after she hid under a parked car and is now asking the person who threw her out to take responsibility.
