(LEX 18) — A climber was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Hospital after falling 60 feet in the Red River Gorge.
The incident happened on Friday around 11:30 a.m. in Muir Valley.
According to a Facebook post by The Wolfe County Search and Rescue Team, the climber was cleaning his anchors at the time of the fall.
As of Saturday morning, there is no word on the climber's condition.
